things i did in canberra

hello hello! many of you wondered what i did in Canberra and how come there's no photos posted on my blog about it. keep your pants on... here are some of the cute picsies i did... i got to shot this super cute little family (well, not so little when you have 3 gorgeous kiddies)!

yes, i went to the JinkyArt Workshop and totally went head over heels with the whole 3 days i was there. I fell in love with Barb and Erin from JinkyArt, also to the 11 other lovely photographer friends from across the globe! 9 of them are from all over Australia, 1 from the Philippines and 1... believe it or not, lives 3 minutes away from me! hahaha, yes Jamie, i'm talking about you!
Easily one of the best weekend I had in my life (beside marrying Jeremy weekend and the weekend I gave birth to Tave of course.) so thank you everyone for making it so memorable and lovely! xo

HELLOOOOOOO WORLD!

Happy birthday to me... happy birthday to me! I am one very loved girl... i do feel the love! thank you everyone who's messaged me today and commented me on my facebook! I'm so humbled and privileged to do life with you all... in any way shape or form!

One of my newest friend that I met last weekend took this pic of me on my half way mark! yes!!!! SURPRISE!!!! I am pregnant!!! Once again... hahaha.
Baby (technically #4) Stuart will arrive on this earth on early March next year!
yes yes... some of you already started to wonder whether or not i am having a baby or just simply getting abit too lazy to go to the gym. haha. well, no more secrets now! plus i think i do need to come clean since i can't hide my bump anymore.

things you do when you're tight.

Tight in the meaning of tight with your bestie... sorta thing.
again... one fine day (a week before a super rainny wedding) off we go scoping for a wedding location. And as usual, we do silly things... here are some things i'd share with you the silly things we do when we say to our hubby and bf... "we're working!" pfffftttt... you're right.....

*so we found a massive pad of clovers and thought Oh my goodness!!!! we so have to stop the car and take photos.... lol... such tourists / asian / weirdos...
* we even compared our shoes on it.
* told each other to look pretty and laughed at ourselves... even i looked hilarious on her blog (i told her that i looked like i crapped my camera out.) ok.... i am weird.
* play dead and have fun with the brand new fish eye lens she got from her oh la la boyfriend.
* she even catches light for me! bless her cotton socks off.

I'm leaving... on the Jetplane

I am leaving my family this weekend... ALONE in Canberra doing an oh la la photographer's retreat!!!!

Be back on Monday and hopefully will post all the yummy photos and hopefully all the mad skillz i'm gonna be learning throughout the weekend through my photos! aaaarggghhhh so exciting!
but now... I have to be patient and just wait in the blessed Canberra airport for the transfer man to come and pick me up and take me to my accommodation.

As I'm writing this, I had a little chuckle and thought of the conversation between my dear friend Gemma and I tonight during bowling game. She came to the Gold Coast for a visit and some shopping with her 5 years hubby Tim (yay congratulations guys!) and she was complaining how slack I've gotten lately with my blog... especially with posting Tavé's photos etc. it's so true.........

Happy 10th of October 2010! i wonder how many weddings are there in the world?! i remember when tons of my friends got married on the 8.8.08.
such an asian thing.... having all this pretty numbers when you get married... haha.

well, since it's such a memorable number..... i took a photo of today.... at the last minute. i've been in bed sleeping and resting the whole day and got up about 5pm... so tired.

big kudos to our debut rainny married couple: Andrew and Leah Kahika! such heart of champions for putting up with us as crazy photographers who put you two in the cold rain yesterday! such a beautiful wedding! xo

i seriously am one of the slackest blogger in the history of man. my apologies...........
life's been so hectic... plus now that the Commonwealth games are on... gah.... my minds goes to two different screens. the TV and the computer... hahaha.
