let me introduce you to my (girl) best friend. She is the miss young importer & entrepreneur of year 2009. she's classy, hot, artsy fartsy, an AMAZING photographer, AND available for grab... (ok, she is so not liking me right now i bet)

we had fun last Saturday scoping out places... yet once again. ohhhh Sommer, thanks for being there for me through thick and thin! you're the BEST! and thanks for the hug too when i felt so down on Sat! xoxo

Princess Leona

Last week I hit a day where I was so frustrated why I'm not being creative enough... in a sense that I needed to create something. Something beautiful maybe? and out of the blue, i took Tave to the art shop and bought some watercolour paper and a couple of canvases (yay for midyear clearance sale!)

yes... yes... i have been doing some paintings... some abstract ones (for Jeremy's office -- yay paid job!) and some... drawing some random cute characters. I've been enjoying the watercolour lately. doing some cutesy photos... and this one is one of my first one. and I'm titling it... "Princess Leona's world"

Who's Leona you might ask? Miss Leona Angel is this little princess who is growing up in the most amazing environment and definitely... the most amazing love surrounding you could ever find; in God's love, caring and tenderness. She is... Tave's little sister and Asa's big sister; my second child.

I had such a lovely morning (with a twist of interesting start haha) with Bek from Two Smitten with her two little kidlets fun time in the sun having a picnic in the middle of Gold Coast winter! that's right! winter!!!!

we tried this "oh la la" newborn photography pose, but did NOT happen. little Boston was way too strong and just not wanting to commit to what auntie Nita wants him to do! mmm... ok. 5 days old... held his head up while on tummy, AND tried to roll over!
can you believe it?!

ok. i admit it. i am getting more and more clucky now with newborns... sigh. so so cute
and the best thing is... they sleep so much and u get to take so much photos. haha.

Finally get to meet these beautiful little boys, especially when Harlem's mommy did a fun prego shoot last month (if you remember...)

It was quite a charming moment to share with everyone who knows them! one room, big ruckus! hehehe... oh well, what do you expect? that's FAMILY (or Whanau as DK always calls it)

ok. i have to say. tegan (and i) are obsessed with this BIG HUGE red balloon! how super cool is it?!

how pretty is mr. red?! we took it for a photoshoot. so there's tave, me, tegan anddddd mr. red.
we did have a good ol' time. laugh laugh, jumps, run around, clicky click, and the rest was left up to me to edit.......
