the smiliest baby in town

i have to be a totally biased mom to know that God has blessed me with the happiest son in the world. not to mention, so easy to feed (which is a big deal for me since i have a daughter who takes ages to finish her food), easy to put to sleep (again, we used to deal with a screaming baby when we put tave down for a nap/ sleep), and he is so easy to entertain. thus... the constant smile!

last weekend i had the honor of shooting a beautiful couple's wedding, and much to my surprise... the groom's name is Asa. Some of you know I have an Asa who is in heaven having fun with our Jesus now.

I got to know this Asa and his bride Jenna... the most beautiful couple; inside and out. I fell in love with them; and makes me want to get married again to Jeremy (as usual haha) and i can't wait to share with you their love story in picture form!

So these picture of my beloved son... made me pause and think about how grateful I am what God has blessed me with. an amazing family, amazing career which i love doing, faith filled journey, unbelievable friends and unreal clients who made me fell in love with their story, their personality, their love!

Thank you for those who read my blog too. I'm sending you much love and hope you feel blessed with the pictures i've put here.

ps. how yummy is he hey? crazy eyelashes (good thing both of my kids inherit their lashes from their daddy... not the ridiculous short n stumpy lashes from their mommy haha)

my life will never be the same again. cute army crawl and he's so fast. oh my!

oh, have i told you... that I'm a cloth nappy convert! yup, done my dues to the environment! strangely enough, i'm actually LOVING my cloth nappies, would you believe?! these cutesies are from bambooty and they're the BESTest + cutest ever! so easy to clean, saving me money, and a bit of a secret... i feel such an accomplishment and pride every time i hang them up on the line. sigh... so good!

5 weeks

how fast have time gone? far out. mr B is now 5 weeks and have put on a bit of chub chub (from all the demand feeding i've been giving him) and i have to confess that it is so true.... when the second child arrived, i haven't taken many photos of him like i did with Tave.
From what i can remember, i took about more than 1000 photos in her first 2 weeks alone...

anyway, i'd love to memorate these moments and these little yumminess while i can... it's Saturday... hubby's home and i'm relaxing just a tiny bit. bliss.

happy one month

to my little man. who doesn't want to let go of my boobs today... for some reason....
so it is 8pm now and i am exhausted... need more energy to produce more milk. yerrr....
(ok sorry guys, maybe it's too much information... lol) but it is what it is...

I still can NOT believe he is one month already! I'm pretty sure it's only last week that i was telling people that you're meant to come out that week. time flies.... but we're still so thankful that you're here safe and sound. more love in our family xoxo

First Photoshoot

little mr. Bee was only 3 days old when he had his first photoshoot with miss Sarah from Sarah Watson Photography. she was so amazing with him. She gently rocked him, patting him so softly... far out, honestly, it does take such grace to be a newborn photographer... Anyhow, its too cute not to document the moment. 3 hours. blissful photos. i was too sore to move. yar.... xo

pretty little princess

So much in my thoughts right now. I did consider to do a 365 project of my family. oh dear... then thought of doing a 52 weeks project. that would be lovely wouldn't it? hahaha, i know the hard work that goes behind those projects... if you haven't been, check out Inspiration 365 by my bestie Sommer Dawn. yes... A lot of work. but... so worth it in the end.
Judging from my lack of blog posting, i would so fail within the first month hahaha.

Meet the super cute little miss Isla Rose. She's my cousin's little darling and Tave is so in love with her!! Had some time spent with her during the New Zealand holiday and it so wasn't enough! isn't she sooooo lovely? i could eat her! nom nom nom.

Pregnancy hormone is the one thing I never get why it goes up and down like a roller coaster. About 4 days ago I was quite cranky not quite sure why... i blame the hot weather. but then the day after that, i was so happy and smiling and even i told Jeremy how happy and blessed I am... to have a great life, husband, and the best family in the WORLD!!! (which is sooo true, right?)
He looked at me first thing with a bit of a confused and disbelief look and said "I'm glad, babe. Next time you're cranky, i have to remind myself of this moment when you said that you're really happy" sigh... i feel so bad...

Anyway, I'm feeling some love today, and what other client photos could be better than these ones to show you how clucky i am of little babies and how i can NOT wait to meet my little prince / princess. 7 weeks to go and counting down the weeks... til then, enjoy the sun.

festive month... jingle bells, christmas trees, eggnog, pretty lights, chocolate chip cookies, most importantly... none other than FAMILY TIME! ... as for us, we're off to New Zealand on Christmas eve. so can NOT wait!

Thought i'd share some christmas lovin' in the beginning of the month... considering the weather is SOOOOO HOT and it's not agreeing with my pregnant body. sticky sweat while editing? gahhhh....
